Community Connection becomes a Hands On Georgia affiliate!
This October, Community Connection received a grant to start an affiliate of Hands on Georgia in Athens, GA. With this new resource we hope to further improve our efforts to link volunteers and community agencies. Please check back for more updates as we get this program up and running.

About Community Connection
In operation since 1984, the mission of Community Connection of Northeast Georgia is to nurture, develop, and maintain information & systems that empower individuals and communities to access needed resources and services. Our service area includes Barrow, Clarke, Elbert, Franklin, Greene, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Walton and Wilkes counties.
